Changes in digital service processes within non-formal educational institutions require better integration of information, registration, communication, and data management channels. This study aims to develop a web-based omnichannel information system for Bright English Course to support online registration, user management, grade management, and service continuity through social media and WhatsApp. The study employed the Design Science Research Methodology (DSRM), consisting of problem identification, definition of solution objectives, design and development, demonstration, evaluation, and communication. The resulting artifact is a web-based application with access rights for administrators, instructors, students, and parents or guardians. The system was evaluated using black-box testing and semi-structured interviews with the course owner. The testing results showed that all 13 functional scenarios were successfully executed, while the interviews indicated that the system met operational needs and supported registration, user management, and access to learning outcomes. The developed system provides a foundation for a more structured omnichannel service, although further development is required to achieve full data integration across platforms.
