Data on the nutritional status of children under five and families at risk of stunting in Kendari City are still predominantly presented in tabular form, making it difficult to quickly identify spatial patterns across different areas. This study aims to develop a web-based Geographic Information System (GIS) that integrates these two datasets into spatial information to support the identification of priority areas. Data were collected through observation, interviews, documentation, and literature review. The system was designed using Unified Modeling Language (UML), a MySQL database, and a web-based interface, and was evaluated using Black Box Testing. The developed system generates percentages, scores, categories, dashboards, thematic maps, regional rankings, community health center summaries, and reports. Data from 2025 recorded 491 stunted children out of 26,212 children under five whose height was measured, along with 10,967 at-risk families out of 50,023 target families (21.92%). All 30 functional testing scenarios were successfully completed. The developed GIS enables the integrated, spatial, and easily accessible presentation of stunting-related information, allowing both health officials and the public to explore aggregated data efficiently.
