The preservation of the Sentani language and culture faces challenges in providing engaging and user-friendly digital learning media. This study aimed to design and develop a gamification-based, mobile-first web application for learning the Sentani language and culture. The application was developed by integrating vocabulary materials, a dictionary, quizzes, learning lessons, cultural content, points, levels, and learning goals. Functional testing using 33 black-box testing scenarios showed that all functions operated as designed. A usability evaluation involving 10 respondents using the System Usability Scale produced an average score of 81.0. The learning evaluation showed that the average score increased from 53.0 on the pre-test to 82.0 on the post-test, representing a 29-point increase and an N-Gain score of 0.62, which was categorized as moderate. These results indicated that the developed application functioned well, demonstrated high usability, and supported improved learning outcomes.
