"GURIH" Cracker Manufacturer is a micro, small, and medium enterprise (MSME) in Mampir Village, Bogor Regency, that still records sales transactions and inventory manually using logbooks. This manual system has led to a 30 percent decline in sales over the last three months, slow daily reporting, and inaccuracies in calculating the Cost of Goods Manufactured (COGM). This study aims to design and develop a web-based sales management information system using the Laravel framework with the Extreme Programming approach. Data collection was conducted through observation, interviews, and literature reviews, while the system design utilized Unified Modeling Language and Entity Relationship Diagrams. The developed system provides real-time raw material and product inventory management, minimum stock and expiration notifications, automated COGM calculations, a profitability dashboard, and report exporting to Excel and PDF formats. Black Box testing demonstrated that all functions operate as required, while user acceptance testing with seven respondents achieved a feasibility percentage of 93.33 percent, placing it in the "Highly Feasible" category.
