Transaction activity on the Moopo application generates a large volume of sales data, yet its use remains limited to operational reporting and has not been processed into strategic information, making comprehensive, historical data-driven evaluation of sales performance difficult. This study designs and builds a Business Intelligence system based on Key Performance Indicators (KPI) and the Balanced Scorecard (BSC), supported by a Data Warehouse, to evaluate sales performance on the Moopo application. Development follows the Kimball approach, with a star-schema Data Warehouse combining one fact table and six dimension tables, processed through an Extract, Transform, Load (ETL) pipeline to produce 12 KPI indicators across four BSC perspectives. The system is implemented using PHP and MySQL on the server side and Vue.js on the front end. Black Box Testing across 14 scenarios covering six main features shows that all functions perform according to specification, indicating that the system can be relied upon as a tool for performance evaluation and decision-making by the Owner/Manager of the Moopo application.
