This study aims to design and develop an online New Student Admission (PPDB) information system at MTsN 1 Padang Lawas Utara using an object-oriented approach. The school currently faces challenges due to a manual registration process, which leads to recording errors, verification delays, document accumulation, and limited access to information. The system was designed using the Waterfall method, encompassing the stages of requirements analysis, system design, implementation, testing, and maintenance. System modeling utilized the Unified Modeling Language (UML) and Entity Relationship Diagrams (ERD) to illustrate the system's structure and workflow. Testing was conducted using the Black Box Testing method to evaluate the alignment of system functions with the predefined requirements. The test results indicate that the core features of the system operate in accordance with the test scenarios, demonstrating that this system design can serve as a supporting medium for digitalizing PPDB services and school information dissemination.
