This study discusses the design and implementation of a website-based electronic voting (e-voting) information system for the election of the Student Council Chairperson at SMKN 2 Mataram. The conventional system currently implemented at the school faces various obstacles, such as lack of transparency, long counting times, vulnerability to human error, physical damage to ballots, and high operational costs. This study aims to design a digital solution that can simplify, accelerate, and improve the accuracy of the voting process, while reducing implementation costs. The development method used is Rapid Application Development (RAD), which is implemented concretely through joint needs planning with the school committee, prototype design workshops, and system implementation. The results of the study are a web-based e-voting system built using PHP, MySQL, and the Bootstrap framework. This system enables online, integrated, and real-time voting. Black Box testing shows that all system functionality runs validly, is proven to be able to overcome the weaknesses of the manual system and provides a security mechanism to prevent double voting.
